We strive to make your day perfect. We can meet to talk on the phone and discuss your requirements. We like to find out exactly which songs you want to be played for each section of your day, you may have a special father
and daughter song, we want to know! Any songs we don’t have we will acquire for you, from the 60’s all the way up to todays hits making sure that we cover every type of guest you will have on your special day.
We like to ask you for a playlist of all your favourite songs before the event either by email or at your event meetings. At Visual Music Productions we are very experienced in transforming any venue you choose with special LED lightning and backdrops, which allows us to match your wedding colours to the venue. Add a monogram Machine to your day.
We have a full range of different set up rigs depending on what you need and what kind of atmosphere you want to create, from Night Club style set ups, to small discreet systems. Our sound is individually equalised to your venue giving you the best and clearest sound possible, making sure the dance floor volume is at a reasonable dancing level and at the same time making sure your guests can still hear each other in conversation.
We can arrive as early as possible, either the night before or at the start of the day, which means everything will be constructed and ready to go before any of your guests arrive.
As part of our 
ongoing commitment to make the day, the best it can be, we can be onsite from the start of the day, setting up before anyone arrives, so you dont have to worry about a DJ setting up half way through your meals! Also, we can play background music throughout the day, and you are also welcome to use our system for speeches etc.
