A bottle of White Wine and a bottle of Red wine for each table, based on 6-8 per table. (can substitute with Rose if required).

Whites
– Corte Vigna Pinot Grigio, Delle Venezie – Italy
With flavours of Apple, Almond, Pear Lemon and Nectarine, this is a light, fresh and delightfully well-balanced wine.
– Casa Albali Verdejo Sauvignon Blanc, Valdepeñas – Spain
Sauvignon has boomed in recent years. Its crisp acidity makes it a popular choice as an aperitif or with food. Flavours include Gooseberry, peppercorn, melon, lime and passion fruit.
Reds
– Castillo de Mureva Organic Tempranillo – Spain
Tempranillo lends itself to significant oak ageing, it tastes of ripe strawberry, autumnal, baked, berry fruit with sweet Christmas spices.– Tekena Estate, Merlot – ChileA great all-rounder, as good with Mediterranean dishes as with spicy food or a Sunday roast. It is created with mostly Merlot grapes. With hints of blueberry, plum, chocolate, cherry and vanilla.
Rose
– Casa Albali Garnacha Rose, Valdepeñas – SpainThis is a sweet thin-skinned grape that makes this wine high in alcohol and full-bodied, but light in colour and tannins. It’s often used in blends and responds well to oak ageing. Flavours include plum, raspberry, strawberry and white pepper.
